What a gem! The hospitality was exceptional, especially from Gabriel. He really went the extra mile with our lost luggage. Perfect base for skiing, with comfortable rooms and a delightful junior suite featuring a jetted tub. There’s a mall right across the street. just be ready for a drive to the closest eateries.

However, I encountered issues with check-in, which took a long 43 minutes, and my bill had discrepancies that took time to resolve. The restaurant's service was lackluster, with the staff being inattentive during dinner service. Overall, a decent stay, but improvements are needed in service consistency and staff attentiveness.

The Junior King Suite was super comfy, and we loved the deep jetted tub for some serious relaxation after exploring the area. The outdoor pool and spa services really gave us the chance to unwind during our stay.
